Countryside Integrative Health in Lebanon, OH is hiring a part-time Event Coordinator - Marketing Rep who's ready to get things DONE. We need a proactive, outgoing, and goal-driven person who isn't afraid to go after what they want and create their own opportunities for success. Could it be you?

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reaching out to potential partners, building a referral network, and supporting community outreach initiatives
  • Coordinating at least one local event per week and distributing marketing materials
  • Converting leads and supporting paid consultations
  • Taking photos, making videos, and creating social media content in the clinic and at events
  • Spreading our brand's name, increasing social media visibility, and supporting patient acquisition
  • Tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to improve results
  • Forming lasting relationships and executing cross-promotions
  • Collaborating with leadership to develop a marketing calendar and execute plans

Event Coordinator - Marketing Rep Compensation:

  • Competitive Pay: You'll earn a base wage of $19.00 - $24.00/hour and have the potential to make commission.
  • Steady Part-Time Schedule: When you start, you'll work 20 hours per week from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm, Monday through Thursday.
  • Opportunity For Full-Time: If you're a good fit for the clinic, we may offer you a full-time position! As a part-time employee, you'll receive benefits and perks such as an annual scrub allowance/reimbursement (1 set per year), performance-based bonus pay, healthcare at our clinic for you ($3,000 employee allowance) and your immediate family ($2000 allowance for spouse and dependent children), wholesale prices on supplements and products, personal development and travel opportunities.
