Promotions Coordinator (1 FT) @ $21.95
Marketing - Salamanca, NY

JOB FUNCTION:
Provides administrative support to the Marketing Manager. Assists in the development of department procedures including customer service protocol and development of all promotional submissions. Serves as a liaison between the different marketing mediums. Performance objectives include planning, research, record keeping and coordinating policies and procedures with local media. Aides in promoting Seneca Gaming and Entertainment and coordination of new promotions.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Assist in the coordination of advertising campaigns and other functions within the marketing
  2. Organize and maintain various marketing files and storage of promotional
  3. Assures all promotions stay within Marketing Budget; policies and procedures are
  4. Develops survey and questionnaires to establish which media is the most
  5. Assists in notifying all employees of new specials and giveaways and new
  6. Attends marketing meetings and aids Marketing
  7. Performs detailed work on assigned projects from beginning to end.
  8. Assists in the customer service (i.e. greeting, answering questions, explaining games and promotions to guests of the gaming facility) as directed by management
  9. Attends mandatory meetings and in-services.
  10. Responsible for creating promotional procedures for approval
  11. Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and executing promotional events, drawings and
  12. Responsible for following through with promotional giveaway purchases and all promotional items available to guests.
  13. Assisting in maintaining proper promotional information on the SGE
  14. Designing, creating and/or proof-reading promotional signage, flyers that comply with approved promotion procedures.
  15. Responsible for planning promotional events and reporting the post-forma analysis including follow-up with guests to receive feedback.
  16. Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older upon employment. Associate's Degree in Marketing plus one (1) year of related experience. Knowledge of bingo, slot machines, and poker preferred. Must be computer proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications. Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must pass a background check in accordance with National Indian Gaming
Commission Regulations.
