We work across Corporate Meetings, Tradeshows, Themed Events, Exhibits, Retail Environments, and Corporate Facilities. Our team thrives on delivering high-impact experiences that engage audiences and elevate brands.
As we expand, we are seeking skilled freelance and part-time team members to support our warehouse operations, event productions, and logistics.
We are currently hiring for multiple temporary, part-time, and freelance positions, including:
  • Warehouse Helper
  • Scenic Technician
  • Lighting Technician
  • Video Technician
  • Audio Technician
  • Van Driver
  • Truck Driver (16'-26' Box Truck)

These roles play a vital part in ensuring the seamless execution of world-class events, from prepping and transporting equipment to setting up and operating technical elements.
Role Summary & Responsibilities
Warehouse Helper
  • Assist in organizing, packing, and loading event materials and equipment.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and inventory tracking.
  • Support event setup and breakdown as needed.

Scenic Technician
  • Construct, assemble, and install scenic elements for event setups.
  • Work with carpentry, painting, and other fabrication materials.
  • Ensure scenic elements are transported and set up safely and efficiently.

Lighting Technician
  • Assist in setting up and operating lighting equipment for events.
  • Ensure proper rigging and cabling of lighting systems.
  • Troubleshoot any lighting issues during setup and execution.

Audio Technician
