Our client is now hiring Event Staff for a short term project at Helix Patriot Place, near Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA area to support global IP sales operations for a leading global fandom platform earning up to $19/hour. This is a short term project opportunity ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of fandom culture, e-commerce operations, and customer experience. About the Role:
In this short-term project role, you will support merchandise planning and sales operations for global customers through a fandom commerce platform. The position focuses on maintaining a seamless purchasing experience for fans worldwide through product management, sales event monitoring, onboarding support, customer response analysis, and operational coordination.
This is a highly collaborative, short-term assignment that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Pay Rate: $19.00/hr


Available Shift Times:

  • Contracted: 1 week, Monday-Thursday
  • Flexible business hours based on operational needs


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product sales operations including product registration, display management, and exposure updates
  • Maintain in-service announcements and sales event
  • Support onboarding processes and onboarding guides for new labels
  • Assist with back-office tasks related to contracts and settlements
  • Monitor sales events and analyze customer responses and feedback
  • Communicate with internal departments and external business partners to ensure smooth operations
  • Support operational improvement initiatives to enhance customer purchasing experience
