  • Maintain accurate event- and sponsorship-related information across project management, marketing, and CRM systems; assist with analysis to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate and provide onsite support for firm hosted events and select conferences.
  • Serve as point of contact for industry association memberships and identify opportunities for leveraging marketing and event benefits.
  • Partner with marketing colleagues, business development professionals, and subject matter experts to deliver coordinated event experiences aligned with firm priorities.
  • Assist with other marketing projects, as needed.
You Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, orrelatedfield.
  • 5-7 years of experience with events planning and execution.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
  • Ability to anticipate issues and proactively solve problems.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Strong MS Office 365 skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Copilot.
  • A collaborative, service-oriented approach and the ability to build strong relationships across teams and with external partners.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage many moving pieces while maintaining accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and navigating shifting priorities.
  • Experience using CRM, marketing automation, virtual event, and project management platforms to support event planning and execution and successful collaboration.
