Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: Serve as a front-facing representative of BJU by assisting guests with ticket sales, event questions, and fine arts promotion.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Open and close the box office.
  • Answer phone calls.
  • Assist guests with questions and ticket purchases.
  • Promote upcoming events.
  • Interact with guests before and during events.
  • Assist with fine arts promotional materials.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University.
