Summer 2027 Intern - Human Resources

The Human Resources Summer 2027 Intern at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in Burlington, MA will gain hands-on experience across multiple HR disciplines, supporting initiatives that enhance the employee and candidate experience throughout the employee lifecycle. This internship provides exposure to core HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Human Resource Business Partnership, Talent & Culture, and Compensation & Benefits, while contributing to projects, programs, and day-to-day HR operations. 

This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.

Schedule:

  • The KDP Summer 2027 Intern Program runs from June 7th - August 13th, 2027
  • Location: Burlington, MA
  • Full-time; 40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00am until 5:00pm
  • Hybrid

As a Human Resources Intern, you will:

  • Support a variety of Human Resources programs and initiatives across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnership, Talent & Culture, and Compensation & Benefits. 
  • Assist with recruiting, pre-boarding, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience. 
  • Coordinate communications with candidates, employees, managers, vendors, and cross-functional business partners. 
  • Support employee engagement, learning and development, culture-building activities, and HR events. 
  • Prepare presentations, reports, communications, training materials, and process documentation to support HR initiatives. 
  • Maintain accurate employee and recruiting data within HR systems and assist with reporting and analysis. 
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement efforts that support organizational and business objectives. 
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements
  • Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university majoring in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field. 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
