Event & Campaigns Intern

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Internship Length: 6-8 weeks with potential to become full-time

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and adaptable Event & Campaigns Intern to support event research, conference planning, campaign initiatives, and day-to-day project coordination. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate who is ambitious, outgoing, curious, and eager to build experience in events, campaigns, research, and project coordination.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and last-minute deadlines. You should be someone who takes initiative, is not afraid to ask questions, embraces feedback, and can take ownership of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research conferences, events, and industry opportunities to support event and campaign planning.
  • Gather and organize conference information into detailed Excel spreadsheets and tables.
  • Analyze research and make recommendations on which conferences and events may be the best fit.
  • Assist with developing proposals and campaign recommendations based on research and findings.
  • Support event planning, preparation, and coordination efforts.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and reports to communicate research findings and recommendations.
  • Assist with various projects and initiatives as priorities shift.
  • Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members and remain open to feedback and new ideas.

Qualifications

  • Recent college graduate with a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant education.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
