Job Title: Sign Fabricator & Installer – Consistent Hours ($22 - $30/hr)

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As a Sign Fabricator & Installer, you are the backbone of our physical production. You will take custom designs and bring them to life in the shop and out in the field.

  • Shop Fabrication: Use power tools, hand tools, panel/table saws, a CNC Engraver, and a CO2 Laser Engraver to construct high-quality, non-electrical custom signage and vinyl graphics.

  • Field Installation: Drive our company work trucks to job sites across San Diego to install custom graphics, building signs, and dimensional displays safely and cleanly.

  • Quality Control: Accurately read work orders, prepare substrates (cutting, painting, laminating, sanding), and inspect finished products to ensure zero defects (no bubbles, no ragged edges).

What It Takes to Succeed (Qualifications):

  • Experience: Previous hands-on experience in fabrication, signage production, carpentry, or light manufacturing is highly preferred.

  • Skills: Excellent manual dexterity, sharp hand/eye coordination, and the ability to confidently read/follow detailed work orders.

  • Physical Readiness: Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders/stairs, bend, and independently lift/carry 50 lbs. in a fast-paced environment.

  • Driving & Security: Must be comfortable driving large company work trucks, possess a clean driving record, and be able to pass Federal Government background checks for military base clearances.

  • Mindset: Reliable, punctual, honest, and brings a strong work ethic to a team-first environment.
