Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and catering within the hotel or resort. This role ensures high-quality service, maintains budgetary goals, and leads a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service

  • Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef and culinary team

  • Monitor and manage inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to meet budgeted financial targets

  • Train, schedule, and supervise F&B staff to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to standards
