We pride ourselves in having the best training so no matter your experience, we can help you! We are looking for the Best Servers in the city! Blue Flame manages three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont and the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites (a dual property location).
As a Server/Bartender at the Hilton Garden Inn, your primary functions will be to interact verbally with all guests to create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere, present the menus, take and relay orders to the service bar and kitchen, mix drinks according to hotel standards, deliver food and drinks to guests, and observe guests and respond to any additional requests. You will also be expected to check the guest's identification to make sure they meet age requirements. It is preferred that you have a high school diploma, a valid Food Safety Handler Certificate, a valid Liquor Permit, and a valid Food Safety Handler Certificate, as well as the ability to deal with various types of personalities and situations, the ability to make fast and sound decisions, have the desire to reach perfection, the ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos, and be available to work weekends if needed.
