As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting ethical, compassionate individual counseling sessions via video chat, making use of modern telehealth platforms.
• Employing a variety of solution-focused treatment modalities to tailor your approach to each client's needs.
• Developing comprehensive treatment plans that guide therapeutic progress.
• Assisting clients in gaining insights into their feelings, relationships, and behaviors to foster personal growth.
• Regularly monitoring clients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Providing clients with effective coping strategies to manage their mental health challenges.

Our ideal candidate will work primarily with stable, low acuity adults presenting with a range of mental health concerns. This includes anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license allowing independent practice. We require the following credentials:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must have a clean disciplinary record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate nature to foster client development and trust.
• Strong technology skills, including proficiency with video conferencing tools and reliable internet connectivity.

While we require a minimum of two years of relevant experience, we encourage applications from candidates who have:

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, influenced by experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
