We are seeking an experienced IP Docketing Paralegal and an attorney support Patent Prosecution Paralegal..
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain patent prosecution dockets and USPTO deadlines.
Review USPTO correspondence and identify critical filing deadlines.
Generate, maintain, and update docket reports and database records.
Support attorneys with patent prosecution matters and administrative filings.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with docketing procedures and firm protocols.
Coordinate multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of IP docketing experience, preferably in a law firm.
Extensive patent prosecution paralegal experience required.
Strong understanding of USPTO patent prosecution processes.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and docketing/database systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical background or formal technical training is a plus.
Must reside in Texas.
