• Provide individual and couples therapy to a diverse client base across various age groups, with a focus on developing effective coping skills and strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date progress notes and documentation for all client interactions while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Utilize our billing service to manage claims, client accounts receivable, and eligibility checks, allowing you to concentrate on your therapeutic practice.
• Schedule ongoing appointments with clients efficiently, ensuring an organized calendar that accommodates both daytime and evening clients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, educators, and caregivers to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

This position focuses on providing mental health support to children and adolescents within the school system. You will work closely with at-risk youth dealing with various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family dynamics. Your expertise will be crucial in creating therapeutic relationships that empower students to thrive academically and emotionally.

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, with an active LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
• Demonstrated professionalism, high therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and the ability to work independently.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with a strong commitment to maintaining consistent communication with clients.
• A minimum of 20-25 hours of work per week with availability for at least two evenings weekly.

• Experience working with school-aged children or adolescents is highly desirable.
• Significant training or experience in couples therapy will be favored.
• A history of collaboration with other mental health professionals and involvement in community outreach is advantageous.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, we offer:
