Familiarity with case management software, secure communication platforms, and electronic health records is typically required. Excellent time management, problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal communication skills are crucial for engaging with clients remotely. You may also participate in periodic team check-ins or case conferences to discuss complex cases and share insights, helping maintain a strong sense of teamwork despite working remotely and outside traditional business hours.
