This position operates within a completely remote telehealth setting, designed to deliver therapy services directly to clients’ homes. Our therapists enjoy flexible work hours, typically aligning with regular business operations but may also include occasional evening shifts to accommodate clients’ schedules. While remote, therapists will still be a vital part of our collaborative community, participating in regular virtual meetings and professional development sessions.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and devise personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other methodologies—to provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to guarantee that clients receive holistic and coordinated care.
• Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and strategies to clients experiencing acute distress, both in emergency and routine situations.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues.

• Must possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Cultural competence and sensitivity are crucial for effectively engaging with diverse individuals.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage caseloads and accurate documentation.

• Prior experience working in a community mental health setting or with diverse populations is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic interventions is a plus.
