About the Job:
We are actively hiring a remote Budget & Contracts Coordinator.
Shift: Monday-Friday day shift (40 hours per week)
Location: Remote
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Compensation: $26 to $36 per hour (depending on experience)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Collaborate and effectively communicate with clinical, regulatory, marketing, and business development teams to ensure timely contract execution and start-up of new clinical studies.
  • Review and track protocol amendments that may affect budget line items to ensure all points of costs are accurately represented.
  • Develop and/or review budgets according to contract guidelines.
  • Effectively track and maintain project and contract timelines.
  • Evaluate financial viability of clinical trials.
  • Perform all duties in an ethical, safe and prudent manner.
  • Assist with training Company new hires as needed.
  • Assist with key initiatives and process improvements within the department.
  • Represent Flourish Research in a professional and courteous manner (verbal, written and in appearance) when interacting with all staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND/OR ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:
  • Work is performed in a remote office setting.
  • Infrequent travel may be required.
  • Daily computer use.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work schedules may be required.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, finance, or related field.
Experience: Two or more years of experience in research preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
  • Must be detail-oriented, impeccably organized, be able to work both independently and with a team, and ability to stay on-task.
  • Ethical compass that compels the candidate to be honest and self-driven.
