Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Care Core Psychological Center. This remote full-time position offers the opportunity for you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals struggling with mental health challenges. The salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, plus a sign-on bonus.

Work Environment

This position is a full-time remote opportunity. While working from the comfort of your home, you will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists. Flexibility in scheduling is an essential component of this role, allowing you to accommodate client appointments, including some evening and weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that clearly define goals and interventions, adjusting them based on client progress and feedback.
  • Utilize therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate healing.
  • Participate in regular treatment team meetings to ensure coordinated care, sharing insights and strategies that benefit client outcomes.
  • Offer crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans to ensure client welfare.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, contributing to comprehensive treatment records.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, providing a platform for clients to connect and grow.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health challenges. Your role will focus on providing support and therapeutic interventions that empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this position.
  • A minimum of two years of experience delivering mental health services in an outpatient or community mental health setting.
  • Strong knowledge of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches is crucial.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills are necessary to foster therapeutic relationships.
Preferred Experience
