Job description

Job Title

Provides direct patient care to adults (typically age 18 and up) hospitalized for addictive disease disorders or related substance abuse or chemical dependency problems, or those dually diagnosed with psychiatric and chemical dependency issues. Ensures the well-being of these patients; supports the therapeutic milieu in which a patient can feel safe.

Available positions are pool positions on the Evening Shift (3 pm - 11:30 pm), Night Shift (11 pm - 7:30 am), part-time, and weekend opportunities.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, plus two years of experience providing direct care in human services, mental/behavioral health, or drug and alcohol.

OR

BA in the related field, such as health/human services (psychology, counseling, sociology, criminal justice), plus one year of experience providing direct care in the human services/mental health field.
