Continuous Improvement Leader - Plainwell Area

Continuous Improvement Leader | Plainwell, MI

Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving and process optimization projects.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for waste reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of improvement initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
  • Coach and mentor employees at all levels in the application of CI principles.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results through process optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
