Responsibilities
  • Generate new customer interest through Cold calls, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
  • Generating insurance quotes.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
  • Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
  • Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred, willing to train, licensing assistance available 
  • A Life & Health Insurance license is preferred, willing to train, licensing assistance available 
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
