Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of pool construction and renovation projects from pre-construction

through final inspection

Build and maintain clear project schedules, budgets, and workflows

Coordinate daily with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and

progress

Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and schedule adherence

Proactively identify issues and drive solutions—without waiting for problems to escalate

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, change

orders, and client communications

Ensure all work meets company standards, local codes, and safety requirements

- Business development

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing residential pool construction projects

Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail

Clear, professional communicator with both clients and teams

Ability to adapt to established processes and systems (coachability is essential)

Comfortable managing multiple projects without losing control of details

Proficient with project management and scheduling software

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites

Preferred Experience:

Background in pool construction or outdoor living projects

Familiarity with CRM or field service management systems

Working knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes

Working Conditions:

Combination of office and field work

Occasional evening or weekend availability as needed

Some regional travel may be required
