We are looking for a full-time Case Manager at our Bedrock Recovery Center Location in Canton, Massachusetts
Schedule : 40 hours per week with the need for one evening shift per week
Salary: $50,000.00 - 55,000.00 based on experience
Job Summary: The Case Management position will provide a variety of services that help individuals and families coping with complex physical or mental medical conditions. The Case Manager will find the most effective course of treatment possible, so that the clients can achieve a higher quality of life by identifying their needs and goals, while working closely with collateral contacts. This role reports to the Program Coordinator.
