Job description

Locum Opportunity For Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NCC) for a locum opportunity in Ontario, Oregon, providing coverage in a Level II NICU setting.

Position Details:

  • Coverage Needed: July 16 (8a) – July 19 (8a) – required
  • Option to extend through July 24 (8a) for exceptional candidates
  • Schedule: 24-hour call with rounding responsibilities
  • Practice Setting: Level II NICU
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days

Clinical Responsibilities:

  • NICU admissions and daily rounding
  • Discharges and patient management
  • Attend high-risk deliveries
  • Intubations and UVC line placement

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Neonatal NP (NCC) – Required
  • Active Oregon license – Highly preferred
  • Must be available for required July coverage dates
  • NPDB report (within last month) required at submission
