- Advanced Test Mastery: Deep knowledge of NCLEX-RN content areas including management of care, safety and infection control, health promotion, psychosocial integrity, pharmacological and parenteral therapies, reduction of risk potential, and physiological adaptation. - Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction: Familiar with NCLEX-RN test plan and common challenges such as pharmacology dosage calculations, prioritization and delegation questions, and Next Generation NCLEX case study formats. Adapts instruction using UWorld, Kaplan, or ATI practice question banks, content review materials, and test-taking strategy workshops to support BSN and ADN graduates preparing for registered nurse licensure.
