Job description

Position Summary

The Community Development Coordinator supports ANSAR’s mission to empower immigrants and refugees by assisting with housing placement, economic development, and workforce integration. This role focuses on helping clients secure stable housing, access employment opportunities, and build pathways toward small business ownership and financial independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Housing placement and landlord coordination

• Employment support, resumes, and job placement

• Small business and entrepreneurship assistance

• Case support and documentation

• Community outreach and partnerships

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Economics, Community Development, Social Work, or Marketing Analysis.


Preferred: One to two years’ experience in entrepreneurship, small business development, or economic development. Multilingual abilities preferred.
