Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
CRC is seeking a board eligible Neuroradiologists for remote roles supporting the practice through either evening or overnight roles, featuring 100% subspecialty reads. Ideally, this position will work a rotating schedule: 1 week on, 2 weeks off with shifts ending between or 8p and 12a -or 4a and 7a ET (Radiologist chooses). We are also offering weekday-only role. Both associate and partnership track options are available.
SHIFT STYLES
11a - 8p EST, 200 Shifts (Weekday Only)$450K total starting compensation, inclusive of annual 401K profit sharing contribution
* $50K commencement bonus
3p - 12a EST, 7 days on, 14 days off
* $450K total starting compensation, inclusive of annual 401K profit sharing contribution
* $75K commencement bonus
Overnight 7p- 4a EST -or- 10p - 7a EST (Radiologist Chooses), 7 days on, 14 days off
* $490K total starting compensation, inclusive of annual 401K profit sharing contribution
* $100K commencement bonus
All associate/partnership eligible roles with CRC include full benefits, home workstation, and offer substantial moonlighting and incentive pay opportunities with some radiologists earning over $1 million in annual total compensation and partner compensation averaging $800K annually.

CRC operates an internal 24/7 Results Communication Center support team, "CORE" (Center of Radiology Excellence) to coordinate care and clinical contact. This clinical team is an extension of our Radiologists, which helps in reducing day to day administrative minutiae. The Advisory Board Company and the American College of Radiology have both recognized this as an innovative customer service function.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Ohio
* Board certified or Board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $400,000-$1,000,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
