Radiologists who moonlight typically earn between $150 and $300 per hour, depending on experience, location, and the complexity of cases. Radiology residents can sometimes moonlight in additional imaging or diagnostic roles if their program permits, but they must adhere to work hour restrictions and maintain certification standards.
