This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients through our telehealth platform. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Genie Mental Health Clinic, your role will encompass a variety of therapeutic responsibilities aimed at fostering client growth and healing:

• Therapeutic Facilitation: Conduct both group and individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to create a supportive environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
• Treatment Planning: Work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals, preferences, and unique circumstances while addressing mental health challenges.
• Progress Evaluation: Monitor and assess client progress using various assessment tools, regularly recording outcomes and adjusting treatment strategies accordingly.
• Team Collaboration: Engage as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to coordinate care for clients with varied and complex needs.

Our primary focus is on individuals aged 18 to 30 who are navigating mental health challenges. Our clinically trained staff work specifically within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), offering strategies and resilience-building techniques tailored to the unique experiences of young adults. As a counselor, you will have the opportunity to build genuine relationships, providing guidance that helps alleviate their struggles as they embark on their paths to recovery and personal growth.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Strong knowledge of mental health diagnoses, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical counseling or mental health setting.
• Demonstrable ability to work with diverse populations, with a focus on adolescents and young adults.
• Experience in a telehealth environment is a plus, showcasing familiarity with remote counseling technologies.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
