Compensation

Role Summary

As a Holiday Lighting Senior Technician, you'll lead a team installing professional permanent and holiday lighting displays for residential and commercial customers.

You'll spend your days outdoors installing lights, working with ladders and equipment, interacting with customers, and transforming homes and businesses for the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities

• Install professional lighting on homes and commercial properties
• Safely work from ladders and on rooflines
• Install, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain holiday lighting
• Assist with holiday light takedowns and organization after the season
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally
• Work efficiently as part of a team
• Maintain tools, equipment, and lighting materials
• Follow company safety procedures and installation standards
• Communicate professionally with customers while on-site
• Assist with window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and other services as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and handle ladders and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Comfortable working on ladders/roofs and at heights
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the day
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to pass a background check (criminal and driving)

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience is helpful but not required. Relevant backgrounds may include:

• Holiday lighting installation
• Window film
• Pressure washing
• Roofing or gutter work
• Landscape lighting
• Painting
• Construction

Schedule / Location

• Seasonal full-time and part-time positions
• Approximately 40–50+ hours per week during peak holiday season
• Primarily Monday–Friday
• Saturdays and overtime may be available or required during peak periods
• Day shifts
• Local routes within our service area
• Additional hours may be available through window cleaning, pressure washing, and other services
• Opportunities may be available to continue working with our team after the holiday season
