Job Description

Village Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Evening Caregivers. Our caregivers provide one-on-one, non-medical care to seniors and veterans in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding when needed
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
  • Complete light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Monitor and report changes in client condition to office staff
  • Follow individualized care plans while maintaining client dignity and independence
  • Accurately document care provided during each shift
Qualifications
  • Previous caregiving, CNA, home health, or healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in clients’ homes
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check
