The Electric Motor Winder is an individual contributor responsible for repairing and maintaining electric motors through precise winding techniques. This role focuses primarily on repairing existing motors using specialized winding machines and automated equipment within a single shift work schedule, ensuring high-quality electrical motor restoration and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Perform motor winding tasks with precision and accuracy
  • Repair and maintain electric motors to meet quality standards
  • Utilize specialized winding machines and automated winding equipment
  • Operate standard hand tools to assist in motor repairs
  • Follow blueprints and technical specifications during winding and repair processes
