Description: Evening Maintenance
Job Summary: To perform skilled general maintenance and repair normally associated with the school district's physical plant and bus fleet.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent
                    Ability to read and follow directions
                    Ability to follow oral directions
                    Ability to perform assigned daily duties with a minimum of direction
                    Ability to respond to provided training and maintain training
                    Ability to communicate clearly - written and verbally
                    Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in general maintenance and construction work and the ability to use them
                    Ability to operate a variety of mechanical equipment
                    Valid Illinois Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
                    Valid Illinois asbestos worker's license
                    Willingness to take provided classes as needed
                    Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with employees, District personnel, as well as the general public
                    Ability to perform physical tasks under varying weather conditions
                    Experience in bus mechanical, electrical repair, and maintenance
                    Must be available to work overtime and assist if staff shortages should arise
