Role: Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote
Contract: Initial 6-month contract
Schedule: 24/7 operations — 8-hour rotational shifts, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts

We are seeking customer service professionals with experience in financial services, banking, retirement benefits, 401(k), insurance, healthcare claims, payment processing, or call-center operations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with retirement-plan and benefit-payment inquiries.
  • Explain lump-sum distributions, rollovers, death benefits, and loan withdrawals.
  • Support payment processing, check reconciliation, tax forms, ACH, debit-card, and bill-payment inquiries.
  • Resolve client concerns accurately while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Follow established procedures and maintain accurate client records.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and professional telephone skills.
  • Experience in finance, banking, healthcare claims, insurance, retirement benefits, or 401(k) services.
  • Familiarity with financial transactions and payment systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple inquiries.
  • Must be comfortable working flexible rotational schedules, including night and overnight shifts.
