  • A collaborative, supportive, empowering team environment where your voice matters

  • A formalized training program designed to set you up for success

  • Real opportunities for growth within a practice that invests in you

Key Responsibilities of the Evening Customer Service Specialist
  • Client Welcome & Connection — Warmly greet clients and their pets in person and over the phone, creating a friendly, calm, and reassuring first impression

  • Appointment & Message Management — Efficiently manage a high volume of evening appointments, messages, and client needs across multiple platforms

  • Record Accuracy — Maintain organized, accurate client and patient records using Pulse veterinary software

  • Payment Processing — Process payments with precision, care, and attention to detail

  • Front Desk Environment — Keep the front desk and lobby tidy, welcoming, and ready for clients arriving after work

  • Team Communication — Communicate clearly between clients and the veterinary care team, recognizing when information is urgent or time‑sensitive

  • Compassionate Support — Provide empathetic service during stressful or emotional situations, helping clients feel steady and supported

  • Administrative Support — Assist with additional administrative duties that help the evening run smoothly

Qualifications of the Evening Customer Service Specialist
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Experience in veterinary, medical, hospitality, or customer service settings preferred

  • Energetic, outgoing, and personable communication style

  • Ability to stay calm, steady, and professional in a fast‑paced environment

  • Comfortable using computer systems and learning new technology

  • Strong multitasking and time‑management skills

  • A genuine love for animals and a desire to support their care

  • Core strengths that matter here: compassion, empathy, attention to detail, positivity, organization, curiosity, and a teachable mindset
