We are looking to hire a Coffee House/ Cafe Manager, a Barista, and a Pastry Chef
Previouse experience in those three fields is required.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the coffee house, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees.
- Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of coffee and food service management.
- Previous experience as an assistant manager / manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Excellent food handling skills and knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Experience in catering and event planning is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with the food industry, including current trends and best practices.
Pay: From $20.15 per hour
