Job description

About Flosum
Flosum is a leading B2B SaaS company built 100% natively on the Salesforce platform. We help enterprises manage Salesforce DevOps, Data Migration, Backup & Archive, and Data Masking - all in one secure, compliant platform. Trusted by some of the world's largest and most complex Salesforce organizations, Flosum is bootstrapped, profitable, and growing fast, with 120+ team members and a product roadmap that keeps pace with every Salesforce release.
About the Role
We're hiring a Salesforce Technical Evangelist - the technical face and voice of Flosum to the Salesforce ecosystem. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of product, marketing, and community. You'll live at the front edge of the Salesforce platform: learning every new release, feature, and architectural shift, then translating it into compelling technical stories for customers, prospects, and the broader community.
You are equal parts technologist, storyteller, and community builder. If you're the person others watch on stage at Dreamin' events, whose webinars people actually attend live, and whose takes on a new Salesforce release get shared across the ecosystem - we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
  • Own our webinar engine. Plan, host, and deliver a consistent cadence of technical webinars and demos that showcase Flosum solutions and Salesforce best practices - driving registrations, attendance, and pipeline.
  • Evangelize Flosum + Salesforce. Position Flosum as the natural solution for Salesforce DevOps, backup, and data management through demos, talks, blog posts, videos, and social content.
  • Rapidly absorb and teach new technology. Master each Salesforce release (and new Flosum product capabilities) quickly, form a sharp point of view, and communicate it to technical and executive audiences alike.
  • Engage our user community constantly. Build and energize Flosum's user community through ongoing programs - office hours, AMAs, certification support, developer content, and customer advocacy.
  • Connect the channels. Own the connective tissue between webinars, newsletters, and community: promote events, drive newsletter engagement, and keep every channel feeding the others.
  • Represent Flosum in the ecosystem. Engage credibly and technically with the larger Salesforce community - user groups, Dreamin' events, Dreamforce, Trailblazer Community, LinkedIn, and partner ecosystems.
  • Partner across teams. Work with product, marketing, sales, and customer success to surface customer stories, sharpen messaging, and turn community engagement into measurable business outcomes.

Requirements
What You Bring
  • 3-7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (admin, developer, architect, or consultant), with genuine technical depth - you can demo, build, and go toe-to-toe with a Salesforce architect.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Administrator, Developer, or Architect track); an active Trailhead profile is a big plus.
  • A proven track record of public technical communication: webinars hosted, conference talks, podcasts, video content, or a well-followed technical blog/social presence.
  • Strong marketing instincts - you understand audience, messaging, and distribution, and you've driven measurable results (registrations, engagement, pipeline).
  • Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem: release cycles, DevOps/CI-CD concepts, data management, and the community landscape.
  • Self-starter energy - you build programs from zero, run them on a drumbeat, and don't wait to be told what to create.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Why Flosum
  • Bootstrapped and profitable - we answer to customers, not investors
  • High-visibility role with direct access to the CEO and product leadership
  • A front-row seat to Dreamforce, Salesforce World Tours, and the global ecosystem
  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and the freedom to build your personal brand alongside ours
