What is an Evangelical Hospital?

An Evangelical Hospital is a healthcare facility that operates according to Christian, specifically Evangelical, principles and values. These hospitals often emphasize holistic care, addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients. Many Evangelical Hospitals are nonprofit and may be affiliated with a church or religious organization. They provide a wide range of medical services while integrating faith-based support, such as chaplaincy and prayer, into patient care. The goal is to offer compassionate, high-quality healthcare guided by Christian ethics.
