Job description

Leading-Edge Services, Inc. is hiring a Traveling EV Charging Construction Lead to run field based EV Charging installation projects. This role requires 100% overnight travel (Mon–Fri), valid CDL preferred and 4+ years of construction or electrical field experience. The Construction Lead is the on-site leader responsible for supervising crews, coordinating inspections, and delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget.

  • Guaranteed Overtime every week

Required:

  • 4+ years of construction, electrical, or related field experience
  • Proven experience leading crews and managing job sites
  • Willingness to travel 100% (overnight, Monday–Friday)
  • Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of DOT/CDL compliance requirements

Preferred:

  • EV charging or electrical installation experience
  • Inspection coordination experience

Responsibilities – EV Charging Construction Lead

  • Lead and manage EV charging construction sites from start to finish
  • Supervise crews and ensure safety, quality, and productivity
  • Perform and oversee installation work (equipment, concrete, grounding, electrical, site work)
  • Coordinate inspections and ensure code compliance
  • Manage equipment delivery and materials to job sites
  • Track receipts, fuel tickets, truck and driver logs
  • Document site progress with photos and reports
