We’re looking for an experienced senior account manager to join our Educational Partnership team. You’ll be in charge of identifying, recruiting, and liaising with partners such as influencers, edtechs, educational brands, institutes and course creators. You’ll use your natural creativity and know-how to seek new partnerships and contribute to our incredible growth. You’ll have access to an almost unlimited budget and a strong knowledge pool within the company.

Your day-to-day
  • Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers, course creators, edtechs, educational brands, institutes.
  • Build, systematically manage and scale a pipeline of new potential partnerships.
  • Conduct negotiations internally and externally to materialize high-impact deals.
  • Nurture existing relationships with current partners to deepen partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales.
  • Support building and monitoring partners' marketing campaigns.
  • Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize performance.
  • Report and identify areas of new opportunities.
  • Leverage data to drive actionable decisions that inform and help the business grow.
  • Report on goals progress, forecasts, results, and challenges.
  • Work with markets like India, Pakistan and Indonesia.
Your skills and experience
  • Proven experience of working with digital performance marketing or growth marketing.
  • Proven experience in partnerships management (influencer, affiliate marketing, sales or B2B).
  • Sharp sales, and analytical skills, including proficiency in using sales CRMs, web data and analytic tools.
  • High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness.
  • Will have to work independently as well as in a collaborative yet demanding team environment.
  • Perfect spoken and written communication in English.
  • Experience working with international tech/digital products would be a plus.
