Your New Role
As a key member of our Ethics & Compliance (E&C) team, this role collaborates closely with and supports E&C's attorneys to ensure seamless client service and administration of WBD's ethics and compliance program through the implementation and management of policies, procedures, trainings and workflows. This role will be a vital member of the E&C team, helping to develop and administer a best-in-class ethics and compliance program at the Company.
Your Role Accountabilities
  • Providing administrative support and assistance to the E&C team including:
  • -- Preparing first drafts of policies, procedures and training documents.
  • -- Legal/regulatory research, as needed.
  • -- Maintaining and updating trackers, summary tables and reports.
  • Managing and maintaining an efficient, current and centralized filing system via dedicated internal Team site, such as SharePoint.
  • Following up on the status of policy, training, guidance and other documentation, including coordination of pre-launch testing and review vetting (e.g., Code of Ethics and all related E&C policies and training/awareness materials).
  • Maintaining and updating trackers, summary tables and reports.
  • Managing 3rd party due diligence documentation and workflows, including preliminary substantive review of due diligence reports to identify and analyze adverse findings and their potential risk.
  • Performing daily monitoring, compliance tracking, and analysis of multiple mandatory program elements, including the Ethics Hotline, Conflicts of Interest and Gifts/Entertainment/Hospitality trackers, sanctions screening ongoing monitoring alerts, and Code of Ethics training metrics.
  • Monitoring and liaising with internal and external platform providers re functionality and system configuration of platforms.
  • Coordinating with E&C attorneys and P&C to help determine targeted employee populations for E&C trainings based on defined specifications.
  • Running reports on various E&C platforms to analyze and validate E&C training and internal investigation requirements.
  • Developing process and knowledge/training documents and assisting in implementing process and training/awareness improvements for compliance monitoring.
  • Analyzing, interpreting, and communicating compliance monitoring impacts based on requested changes to audience or system functionality (e.g., analytics around worker populations who require specialized targeted training outside of the Company-hosted environment and identification of workaround platform to ensure such populations receive required training).
  • Researching, responding and resolving E&C mailbox inquiries daily by using a strategic mindset to compile the facts and circumstances to categorize and analyze the issue, attendant risk, and possible resolution/remediation/risk mitigation.
  • Providing support with data gathering and analysis during internal audits and other inquiries.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 3-7 years of experience with legal and/or ethics and compliance administration and/or analysis; BA/BS degree required.
  • Motivated, diligent, proactive, and easily adaptable to change.
  • Demonstrates initiative, common sense, and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional written and spoken language proficiency a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard E&C-related platforms (e.g., Sharepoint, Onspring, Smartsheet).
  • Project management experience a plus.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $46,956.00 - $87,204.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
