SmartBear's software testing portfolio includes TestComplete, ReadyAPI, Reflect, QMetry, and Zephyr, enabling organizations to modernize quality engineering, automate testing, and accelerate software delivery.
About the Role
  • Partner with enterprise customers to understand business objectives and technical challenges.
  • Lead discovery sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and proof of concepts.
  • Consult on modern testing strategies across the SDLC.
  • Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Continuously improve demo environments and reusable technical assets.

We are looking for you if you have
  • 7+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, QA Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
  • Strong expertise in software testing, automation, quality assurance, and the SDLC.
  • Experience delivering enterprise demonstrations and proof of concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation, API testing, CI/CD, or DevOps.
  • Excellent consultative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience supporting SAP environments is highly desirable.

Your SmartBear total rewards compensation package includes base salary and may also include a commission. The Annual Cash Compensation (Base + On-Target Commission) range for this role is listed below. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location.
