Entry-Level Manufacturing Roles – Hiring Now in Plymouth, MA

Location: Plymouth, MA

Pay Range: $17.50 – $19.50/hour

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Experience Required: None, training provided

Aerotek is hiring for multiple entry-level manufacturing positions in Plymouth. These roles offer hands-on experience in a clean, safety-focused environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. Open Positions Include:

Production Associate (Racker)

  • Wire and fixture parts onto racks for cleaning, plating, and coating
  • Read instructions and ensure correct part orientation
  • Count and inspect parts, maintain equipment, and meet daily quotas

Etching Technician (Etcher)

  • Operate chemical etching tanks to create ultra-precise features on metal components
  • Measure product conformance and record production data
  • Monitor chemical solutions and maintain a clean, safe workspace

Photo Etch Inspector

  • Inspect parts using microscopes and gauges
  • Remove parts from sheets and prepare for shipment
  • Document measurements and report quality concerns

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.90 - $18.90/hr.
