As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA – ES), you will:

  • Provide consultation and training to teachers, staff, and families
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Serve as a clinical educator, guiding and supporting school staff
  • Observe, assess, and supervise behavioral service delivery in the classroom

  • Current BCBA certification (BACB required)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Preferred experience in school-based behavioral services
  • Minimum 1 year pediatric experience (preferred)

  • CPR certification (if applicable)
  • TB screening: questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)
  • Current health certificate (per state/contract requirements)
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Must be 18+ years old

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits.  The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

Minimum Requirements:  

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
  • Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools
  • One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
  • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice 
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
