?? What You’ll Do
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA – ES), you will:
- Provide consultation and training to teachers, staff, and families
- Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Serve as a clinical educator, guiding and supporting school staff
- Observe, assess, and supervise behavioral service delivery in the classroom
- Help students thrive academically and socially ??
? Minimum Requirements
- Current BCBA certification (BACB required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Preferred experience in school-based behavioral services
- Minimum 1 year pediatric experience (preferred)
- Ability to comply with all professional standards and regulations
- CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB screening: questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)
- Current health certificate (per state/contract requirements)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local regulations
- Must be 18+ years old

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
- Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools
- One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
