As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in Industrial and/or General Contracting. Our ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail and the ability to deliver work professionally.


Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret drawings and project specifications

- Survey and quantify materials/assemblies from drawings

- Proficient in takeoff and estimating software

- Organize quantity takeoffs

- Capable of structural/civil estimates at DD/CD level

- Contact and follow up with subcontractors for pricing input

- Able to present estimates effectively

- Possess technical specs knowledge

- Meet tight deadlines

- Ability to work on major estimating efforts

- Develop comprehensive estimate reports and provide clarifications


Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in budgeting and estimating of industrial manufacturing facilities in the U.S.

- Strong knowledge and experience in construction pricing

- Familiarity with conceptual estimating

- Proficiency in civil/structural/interior estimating
