Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Assistant Project Manager / Estimator to support our commercial roofing operations. This role provides essential support with estimating, project coordination, documentation, and communication between field teams, vendors, and management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, techsavvy, and eager to grow within a leading commercial roofing company.

Position Overview

As an Assistant Project Manager / Estimator, you will assist with preparing estimates, coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and maintaining communication across internal and external teams. You will help ensure projects run smoothly by supporting documentation, scheduling, material tracking, and field coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing commercial roofing estimates and project proposals
  • Support Project Managers with project coordination and documentation
  • Track job progress, schedules, and material needs
  • Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Maintain organized project files, reports, and documentation
  • Assist with ordering materials and tracking deliveries
  • Provide project updates and support to field crews and leadership

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
