Requirements
Project Estimator: This is where you come in.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and complete estimates for projects while effectively collaborating with various stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of trade means and methods, as well as the ability to convey the narrative behind each estimate.

Accurate & Complete Estimate Development
  • Deliver detailed estimates that fully capture the project's scope.
  • Thoroughly review plans, specifications, and relevant documents to ensure precision and completeness.
  • Conduct site visits as needed to gather critical data and assess project requirements.

Effective Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather insights for accurate estimates.
  • Maintain clear communication with team members and clients to ensure everyone is aligned on expectations.
  • Confidently present estimates to stakeholders and address any questions or concerns.

Develop & Apply Business Knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance estimating practices.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions through strong business acumen.
  • Contribute to improving estimating methodologies and tools.

Proficiency in the Estimating Process
  • Utilize advanced estimating software and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Deep Understanding of Trade Means & Methods

Benefits
Compensation: $104,000 to $136,000 Annually
