Responsibilities:

  • Develop preliminary sprinkler layouts to support budgeting and design-assist efforts

  • Prepare estimates and proposals for new construction and renovation projects

  • Collaborate with GCs, developers, and partners during early project planning

  • Support design-build and design-assist opportunities

  • Contribute to project development efforts and pursuit of new opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in fire sprinkler system design

  • NICET Level II (preferred) or equivalent years of experience

  • Solid understanding of NFPA codes and system applications

  • Experience or interest in estimating, preconstruction, and client interaction

  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
