Job description

Rejuvia Wellness & Medical Spa is a boutique medical spa in Uptown Dallas offering advanced aesthetic, laser, and wellness services. We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Esthetician with laser experience to join our growing clinical team. This role starts as part-time on Wednesdays and Saturdays, with the opportunity to transition to full-time later this year as we expand our service offerings.

About the Role

You'll deliver high-quality laser and skincare treatments in a supportive, clinically-driven environment alongside our nurse practitioner and medical director. We serve a diverse clientele in Uptown Dallas, so the ability to consult and treat in both English and Spanish is essential to delivering exceptional care and building lasting client relationships.

Schedule

Part time to start. Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 12 pm and Saturday 10 am - 4 pm. 

What You'll Do

Perform laser hair removal treatments across all skin types, including skin of color, with appropriate device and parameter selection. Deliver pico laser treatments for pigmentation, tattoo removal, and skin rejuvenation. Provide microneedling treatments with post-care guidance and product recommendations. Conduct thorough client consultations in English and Spanish, including skin analysis, treatment planning, and informed consent. Perform facials, chemical peels, and other esthetic services as needed. Participate in social media content creation, including filming treatment demos, before-and-after content, educational reels, and bilingual content for our Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records. Follow Texas Medical Board and Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation protocols for laser delegation and safety. Support a clean, compliant, and welcoming treatment environment. Educate clients on home care, treatment series, and complementary services.

What We're Looking For

Active Texas Esthetician license and Laser license required. Hands-on experience with laser hair removal across Fitzpatrick I-VI is highly desired. Pico laser experience (any platform: PicoSure, PicoWay, PicoLO, Discovery Pico, etc.) is a strong plus. Microneedling experience required (SkinPen, Rejuran-compatible protocols, or similar). Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English. Comfortable being on camera for social media content and willing to participate in filming treatment demos and educational videos. Comfortable with consultative selling and recommending appropriate treatment plans. Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to clinical excellence. Experience working under a medical director and nurse practitioner preferred.

Nice to Have

Experience with CO2 or fractional resurfacing lasers. Face Reality acne certification or interest in becoming certified. Familiarity with med spa software (Mangomint, Boulevard, or similar). Personal experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks). Existing client following welcome but not required.
