Overview
The Condado Collection is a collection of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico ranging from classic and modern luxury full-service hotels, to fine dining and entertainment.
La Concha Resort is a modern luxury resort in Condado, Puerto Rico with history dating back to 1958. Epitomizing the fun "Latino Chic" lifestyle, offering stylish amenities and a hot nightlife to all guests. We aim to create experiences and inspire journeys not only for our guests, but also our workforce. Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing skincare and salon services while overseeing the daily operations of the esthetics.
  • Deliver professional esthetics and salon treatments with consistency and excellence.
  • Conduct consultations, recommend treatments and products, and ensure personalized guest experiences.
  • Lead, mentor, and schedule estheticians and salon staff; provide training and performance feedback.
  • Oversee daily operations, maintaining cleanliness, efficiency, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage inventory of products and supplies, placing orders as needed.
  • Stay current on skincare trends, products, and techniques to enhance offerings.
  • Collaborate with hotel colleagues, staying informed of daily operations and events to anticipate guest needs.
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications
  • Hospitality industry experience, 3-5 years.
  • Must possess a valid cosmetology license covering hair and nails.
  • Graduate of a minimum 1,000-hour accredited facial program; must hold a current Facials License in Puerto Rico.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an esthetician.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to be cross-trained in other spa functions and services.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
