The Service Valet plays a critical role in creating a positive first impression by greeting customers, moving vehicles safely, and assisting with service lane operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
  • Safely drive and park customer and dealership vehicles
  • Assist with service drive flow and vehicle organization
  • Inspect vehicles for damage prior to moving them
  • Maintain cleanliness of service drive and parking areas
  • Shuttle customers when needed
  • Follow all safety and dealership procedures

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork abilities and a strong capacity to perform effectively under pressure.

Who You Will Be Reporting To

You will report directly to the Service Managers, BJ Scott and Shelia Estes. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team to provide outstanding service to our customers.
