Our Client, a well-established and client-focused law practice in Dallas, is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional who brings deep expertise in estate planning, probate, and asset protection strategies, along with a strong commitment to client service and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on comprehensive estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives

  • Design and implement complex estate plans tailored to high-net-worth individuals and families

  • Provide guidance on probate and estate administration matters

  • Counsel clients on tax implications related to estate and gift planning

  • Review and draft legal documents with precision and attention to detail

  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through clear communication and trust

  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless client service

  • Stay current on federal and Texas-specific estate, probate, and tax laws

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

  • Active license to practice law in Texas

  • 10+ years of experience in estate planning and probate law

  • Demonstrated experience handling complex estate matters and high-value portfolios

  • Strong knowledge of estate, gift, and income tax considerations
